Description

Becoming a manager presents unique opportunities and challenges. This three-day interactive workshop will help participants understand what it takes to be an effective manager and leader while gaining practical skills that can be applied immediately, including:

  • Tactical skills needed for performance management and managing change. 
  • Know-how to create a trusting, effective, and inclusive environment. 
  • Steps for maintaining personal well-being as a manager. 
  • A personal integration plan to put what you've learned into action.

Note: Sessions cannot be purchased separately. Seating is limited. Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled within 72 hours of the first session. 

Classes will be held at the Greater Eureka Chamber of Commerce, 612 G Street Suite 101, Eureka. 

Presented by Redwood Coast Chamber Foundation, an affiliate of the Greater Eureka Chamber.

This 3-day workshop series will be held from 9am-4:30pm on November 13th, November 20th and December 4th.

Greater Eureka Chamber of Commerce

Parking is available on the streets surrounding the Chamber office. Thank you for not parking in the lot adjacent to the building.

Pricing

The cost of this three-day workshop is $595.00.  At this time there are no scholarship options.
