Many businesses are experiencing more turnover than we did "back in the day". Employee retention starts way before you hire someone. It ties into your organizational values and culture which then feeds and informs your recruiting, hiring, and onboarding process and more. In this session we'll talk specifically about how to upgrade your onboarding process with your eye on the prize of retention.   Bring your personal favorite onboarding task - something an employer did for you or something you do for your employees - to share!
