Felicia and Mark Costa, founders of Humboldt Premier Properties, combine experience, professionalism, and local knowledge to guide clients with confidence at every step.
Felicia began her real estate career in 1996 in Healdsburg, CA, later excelling as both a top-producing sales associate and General Manager when her brokerage partnered with Sotheby’s International Realty. She returned to Humboldt County in 2012, building on more than 25 years of expertise in sales, leadership, and marketing.
Mark adds 17 years of professionalism and problem-solving skills from his respected career in the Heavy Equipment Transportation and Trucking industry. Since 2019, he has applied that same dedication to real estate, ensuring each client’s experience is smooth and rewarding.
As fourth-generation Humboldt County residents, Felicia and Mark offer strong community ties, trusted guidance, and good old-fashioned service. Their philosophy is simple: put people first, and the results will follow.
